Worship
- Sunday Coffee Fellowship -- Provide snacks, set up or clean up fellowship after worship.
- Sunday Worship Leadership -- Assist during Sunday morning worship:
- Liturgist: Help lead worship by reading the Call to Worship, Invitation to Confession, and Assurance of Grace to begin the service.
- Usher: Welcome people to the sanctuary, hand out bulletins, and collect the offering.
- Greeter: Greet congregants as they enter the church, provide a warm welcome, and direct visitors to the sanctuary.
- Worship Technology Operations -- Assist with video & audio during Sunday worship service
- Ames UCC Choir -- Practice Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. in the sanctuary. Sing 2-3 times per month during Sunday Worship.
Church Community
- Spring 2026 Wednesday Afternoon Club (WAC) Snacks -- Sign up to provide snacks for our WAC children.
- Lenten Soup Suppers -- Sign up to provide supplies and food during our Lenten season soup suppers.
- Chili & Pie Dinner -- Sign up to bring supplies or help during the Chili & Pie Dinner on Wednesday, January 28th.

- Plastic Bags & Plastic Containers -- Donate reusable bags for The Bridge Home & plastic containers for Food at First

Other Opportunities
- Bring non-perishable food items to worship on Communion Sunday (the 1st Sunday of each month)

- In celebration of Ames UCC's 160th Anniversary, each month during the year the Youth Group are collecting a different item (or should I say, 160 units of an item). Click here to learn more! Items can be dropped in the blue tote by the east entrance doors or the church office.
